Partner & Contract Management Specialist
- Contract lifecycle management - manage end-to-end partners & contract lifecycle activities
- Handle contract and commercial discussion
- Monitor and perform periodic vendor performance evaluation
- Compare 3rd party partner prices & rate cards
- Provide data insights to support the decision making for purchase order with 3rd party partners
- Process improvements and automation
Work Life:
- 3rd Party Partner Management
- Support 3rd party partner related activities across the Interconnect Management team
- Build and perform periodic vendor performance evaluation to all 3rd party partners
- Build & maintain partner prices & services rate card for benchmarking & data analysis purpose
- Coordinate internal stakeholder requirements and handle commercial discussion with partners
- Contracts Management
- Manages end-to-end contract lifecycle which includes periodic contract review, compliance, service termination notice, contract renewal terms & etc.
- Ensure contracts (including service order forms) are aligned with sales strategies, commercial objectives and regulatory requirements
- Data insight & analysis
- Identify & mitigate contract risk to protect business interest
- Provide insights & recommendation to support the team in making decision for purchase order with 3rd party partners
- Identify opportunity for cost savings from contract terms negotiation
- Process Improvement & automation
- Analyse existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable automation frameworks.
- Drive initiatives to improve contract visibility & execution standards - automate contract tracking & reporting to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Candidate with a Bachelor Degree in a Business Management, Procurement, Finance, Telecommunications Engineering
- Interested in telecommunication engineering, business processes and have the ability to initiates, coordinates, administrates and negotiates with domestic & international partners
- Fair knowledge of the national and international telecommunications environment
- At least 3-5years experience in related field
- Detail-oriented and analytical abilities
- Experience in leveraging automation and process improvement techniques in procurement and project management is a plus point
