Job description

We are a Singapore-based cleaning company with operations in Kuala Lumpur, looking for a Part‑Time Customer Service Coordinator to support customer enquiries and booking arrangements.

Working Hours: (2 shifts to choose from)

• Monday – Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (4 hours)
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (8 hours)

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via chat and messaging platforms
• Check availability of cleaning slots
• Provide payment instructions and related advice
• Confirm and arrange bookings upon payment verification
• Check and modify services, confirm details, and coordinate hand‑off with scheduling/operations
• Other ad‑hoc jobs as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin, to effectively interact with English and Mandarin‑speaking clients
• Computer savvy with strong messaging/chat communication skills
• Responsible, responsive, and detail‑oriented
• Able to commit to the stated working hours
• Experience working with a Singapore company or Singapore‑based client is an advantage
