Qualifications

  • 1 year related working experience is preferable but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Malay languages.

  • Manage online customer orders from picking stock to handing over packages to couriers.
  • Ensure stock allocation for orders is accurate within stipulated timeframes.

Requirements

  • Preferably 1 year of related working experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
  • 5-day work, weekend and public holiday are required during peak order volume.
  • Friendly, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy and ability to manage stress.
  • Good with Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Malay languages, ability to speak additional languages will be an added advantage.

Role Description

The Fulfillment Assistant is fully responsible for managing online customer orders, from picking stock from the shelves to handing over the fully packed parcel to courier services. We provide internal training and development opportunity to support your professional growth within the Habib Group.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily orders and fulfillment arrangement for various e-commerce platforms, i.e. Shopee, Lazada, Zalora and other sales channels.
  • Checking and ensuring the stock allocated for customer order is accurate within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Pick, pack and arrange delivery with 3PL.
  • Co-ordinate with internal department or distribution centre to ensure successful execution of fulfillment for customer orders.
  • Plan and coordinate monthly physical stock counts with the warehouse, verifying item accuracy.
  • Prepare documentation and inventory for audits.
  • Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location including salvage stocks and returns
  • Report damaged or missing inventory to Supervisors
  • Respond to troubleshoot and resolve daily receiving, fulfillment and delivery issues.
  • Support administrative work within the department.
  • Work as an active team member to complete team goals.
  • Perform ad-hoc duty when assigned by superior.
