Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a palm oil mill or agro-processing environment.
• Proven exposure to mill maintenance and process control.
• Familiarity with MSPO/RSPO certification requirements.
• Knowledge in Milling Best Practices and Boiler Operations.

• Support the Mill Manager in achieving FFB production targets.
• Assist in monitoring operational expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with ESH regulations and standards.
