Responsibilities
  • Organize Meetings and Interviews: Schedule and coordinate leadership meetings, interviews, and team sessions across different hubs and teams.
  • Event Management: Plan and manage monthly, yearly, and ad-hoc events, ensuring smooth execution and effective participation.
  • Internal Communication and Information Management: Act as a representative in communication topics, managing updates, SharePoint content, and collaborating with the headquarters communication team.
  • Onboarding and Training Coordination: Handle the registration and onboarding of new joiners and monitor employee training records to ensure compliance and completion.
  • Operational Tool and Process Management: Oversee financial and operational tools, including time trackers, release processes, and other internal management systems.
  • Feedback and Culture Initiatives: Organize and facilitate feedback sessions and initiatives to promote a positive, open team culture.
  • Executive Support: Provide personal assistant support to multiple team managers, assisting with various coordination, presentation preparation, and administrative tasks.
