Qualifications

• 2 years or more experience in a similar accounting related role.
• Willingness to work the hours necessary to meet important deadlines.
• Some experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and file accounting related documents on a timely manner.
• Key in data in the accounting system and maintain the general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly accruals and reconcile accounts monthly.
• Assist with daily/weekly/monthly invoicing.
• Process payments and monitor payables.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

MS Office experience including extensive Excel knowledge

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Knowledge of finance, accounting and cost control principles

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
