A food and beverage company in Kapar is seeking an experienced individual to oversee daily operations. The role involves managing customer orders and service quality while ensuring food safety standards. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to supervise a team. Customer-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
At least 1–2 years of working experience in F&B operations / retail (supervisory role is an added advantage)
Minimum SPM / Diploma in F&B, Hospitality, Business, or related field
Able to supervise and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Familiar with food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.)
Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling
Positive leadership attitude and willingness to guide team members
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Possess own transport or able to commute to Setia Alam / Klang area
