We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outdoor and Indoor Sales to join our team at HONOUR LANE LOGISTICS SDN BHD'. This full-time role will be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through both external and internal sales channels.

Job Descriptions

• Identifying new potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
• Scheduling and conducting in-person meetings and sales presentation with prospective clients
• Preparing and presenting sales proposals and negotiating contract terms
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
• Collaborating with the pricing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Work closely with operations and customer service team to deliver excellent services to clients.
• Monitor monthly payment from clients.

What we're looking for

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the Freight Forwarding industry

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
