Outbound Telemarketer (Work in Singapore intake January)

Basic salary range: SGD 2800 - SGD 3200 (Based on insurance certificate)

Commission : SGD 500 - SGD 5000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making Outbound Calls: Initiating calls to a database of leads or existing customers to introduce and explain various insurance policies (e.g., health, life, general, car, home).
  • Generating Leads: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various means, sometimes including cold calling.
  • Understanding Customer Needs: Engaging with customers to understand their financial situations, risk profiles, and insurance requirements.
  • Presenting Insurance Products: Clearly and persuasively explaining the features, benefits, and terms of different insurance policies.
  • Customizing Solutions: Tailoring insurance plans to meet individual customer needs and providing suitable recommendations.
  • Handling Objections: Addressing customer concerns and overcoming objections to close sales.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English. Any other language will be advantages.
  • Willing to relocate to Singapore/Johor Bahru.
  • Skill in addressing and resolving customer concerns effectively.
  • A focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
