A trading company based in Selangor is seeking an experienced professional to manage customer orders and vendor communication. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally with ERP systems. The position is open to locations in Penang or Selangor, offering a dynamic work environment focused on quality and efficiency.

Review customer purchase orders and communicate any additional or special requirements.
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, including sending confirmation notifications.
Perform order entry in the system (sales orders, purchase orders to vendors, proforma invoices, goods receipts, purchase invoices, delivery notes, and tax invoices).
Communicate with vendors to monitor product arrival and provide regular shipment updates to customers.
Provide customer service by tracking outstanding orders and shipment status.
Liaise and work closely with 3rd-party service providers or warehouse personnel to ensure quality and quantity of incoming goods.
Requirement:
At least 3 years working experience in relevant field. Solid working experience in trading business is an asset.
Familiarity with ERP system knowledge.
Effective communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Working location open to Penang or Selangor
