Job description
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Ensure timely processing of orders and accurate data entry into business systems.
  • Review incoming orders-both commercial and technical-according to established guidelines.
  • Check specification sheet requirements against manufacturer technical specifications and product bulletins to confirm suitability of selected products.
  • Verify compatibility of customer-required options with selected product models.
  • Coordinate with Sales offices, factories, and internal stakeholders to resolve order-related issues.
  • Ensure all special instructions and attachments are correctly addressed.
  • Create and update product structures based on construction requirements.
  • Submit requests for engineering support and creation of new part numbers.
  • Validate pricing for special product constructions.
  • Respond promptly to order enquiries.
  • Serve as product detailing coordinator for large project orders.
  • Support new process improvements and software initiatives implemented within Order Management.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Perform overtime when required to manage workload or order backlog.
  • Undertake other tasks aligned with company goals.
