About the Role

As an Orchard Supervisor at Good Crops, you'll be involved in producing high value crops, by supporting the Orchard Manager with day‑to‑day operations, focusing on quality and execution of tasks to optimise productivity through directly leading and working with our labour teams with all vine management tasks.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Planning, organising and executing key tasks such as all vine work, orchard/property maintenance.
  • Leading and work with a team of labour on orchard.
  • Accurately tracking and reporting productivity and progress of teams.
  • Upskilling in all aspects of vine management and people management to better drive productivity and quality results.
  • Leading health and safety across our worksites.
