What you'll be doing

• Operate and monitor a range of production equipment and machinery to ensure the timely and accurate manufacturing of our products

• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to production activities
• Assist with the training and supervision of junior operators, as required
