• 与其他岗位或班组的人员经常保持良好的合作关系。

Job description

职责概述

从事生产的雇员，完成生产，工作有较高技术性，工作应接受上级主管的直接领导。

主要工作职责

• 学习并了解精益生产理论。
• 符合工作规范（包括安全、质量、5S、效率、设备、上级要求）。
• 确保填写的各项相关数据的正确性和及时性，协助工长和组长确保前3项重要问题不断获得解决。
• 参加培训，掌握多岗位技术，获取上岗证，能独立操作并解决发生的基本问题。
• 参与班组建设（包括自然工作组活动）。
• 遇任何事发生，应及时报告上层管理层，做好班组记录，并作初步处理。
• 与其他岗位或班组的人员经常保持良好的合作关系。
• 维护班组生产中的安全和执行区域5S工作。
• 维持管理控制系统，支持公司的发展计划。
• 完成指定的其他工作。
