  • Follow work instructions, process sheets and SOPs to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Conduct visual inspections and measurements to ensure vehicles meet specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at workstations (5S principles).
  • Identify and report any malfunctions, process deviations or quality issues to line leader or supervisor.
  • Assist in preventative maintenance and simple troubleshooting activities.
  • Comply with all safety, environmental and quality management system requirements.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and skills development programs.
