Job summary

A retail company in Selangor is seeking a candidate responsible for generating and analyzing reports related to store operations. The ideal candidate will assist in drafting store SOPs, compiling documentation, and performing clerical duties. A diploma or degree is required, along with proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Experience in retail or data analysis will be advantageous. Strong skills in MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential. This role supports the retail operations team effectively.

Qualifications

Job description

Generate and analyze reports related to store operation.

Experience and have knowledge of day-to-day store operation SOP.

Support retail operations team as required or assigned.

Job Responsibilities
  • Generate and analyze reports related to store operation, inclusive and not limited to KPIs, expenses, staff cost and inventory.
  • Draft store operation SOP, work with Internal Audit department closely to finalize and publish the SOP.
  • Compile documentation of operation; assists with implementation of procedures and policies.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to implementing and maintaining a departmental filing system, sending e-mails, and other office communication.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior relevant to store operation method.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree holder.
  • Retail or data analysis experience will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
  • Excellent MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experienced user of Lark – capable of developing, managing, and continuously improving workflows, forms, automation, and communication processes within the Lark ecosystem.
