Job summary

A leading maritime organization is seeking a Project Management Operations Specialist responsible for managing vendor projects and executing project delivery processes. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, with proven project management skills and experience in the maritime industry. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, managing communications with stakeholders, and ensuring projects adhere to quality standards. Fluency in English and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in the maritime industry preferred.
• At least one year of experience related to project management preferred.
• PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP or a general certification in Project Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple vendor projects and small-scale projects.
• Initiate and implement Vendor Coordination/Project Management procedures.
• Assist in developing schedules/timelines/cost plans.
• Support project delivery process and manage risks and issues.
• Prepare and submit time charge records and expense reports.
