A leading retail company is seeking an Operations Manager for their outlet in Selangor. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring stock, and leading a team. Candidates should have a diploma in a related field, along with 3–5 years of experience in retail or operations management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, and bilingual communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Flexibility in working hours is necessary as well.

Support sales activities, promotions, and operational targets.
Monitor stock, merchandising, and overall store conditions.
Ensure good customer service and handle escalated issues.
Control operating costs and support budget management.
Lead, guide, and manage staff productivity and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and audit standards.
Work with internal teams, vendors, and business partners.
Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements: -
Diploma or Degree in a related field.
3–5 years of experience in retail or operations management.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Willing to travel and support other outlets when required.
Flexible, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
The candidate must be able to work in AEON MaxValu Prime Evo Bangi, Selangor.
