Job summary

A leading InsurTech group is seeking a customer-oriented individual to handle insurance policy issuance in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage customer accounts and ensure a seamless policy process while meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate has a minimum diploma and at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Handle insurance policy issuance, including generating accurate quotations and preparing cover notes within set timelines
  • Work closely with customers to gather required documents and ensure a seamless policy issuance process
  • Carefully review documents and cover notes for accuracy and completeness, enabling timely policy activation
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to follow up on pending approvals and ensure smooth processing
  • Manage customer accounts, addressing inquiries and maintaining satisfaction with our products and services
  • Contribute to team efforts by meeting sales and renewal targets
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
  • Minimum diploma in business, communications, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably handling email and WhatsApp communications
