Job description

· Act as a liaison between Relationship Managers and clients, conduct product briefings and ensure smooth onboarding.

· Build strong customer relationships, enhance their understanding of factoring services, and manage notification and verification processes.

· Handle daily operational and administrative tasks end-to-end, including reconciliation and reporting on accounts.

· Coordinate with bankers to ensure the timely issuance of Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit.

· Monitor and manage financial receivables to ensure prompt collection and minimize outstanding balances.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve communication and operational efficiency.

· Provide operational support at both local and regional levels in Malaysia.

· Drive digital transformation initiatives and process improvements to optimize operational effectiveness.

· Undertake assignments and projects as directed by management.
