We are looking for an Operations Executive to support day‑to‑day office operations and provide administrative and operational support across departments. This role is based in the back office and offers broad exposure to operations, coordination, and management support within a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily office operations and cross‑department coordination
  • Assist in preparing reports, documentation, follow‑ups, and operational updates
  • Maintain and update internal data, records, and operational information
  • Support compliance‑related tasks including AML/CFT monitoring and internal monitoring
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the CEO, including arranging documents and tracking matters for approval
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, logistics, and office resources
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, courier arrangements, and travel bookings
  • Assist with expense claims, documentation, and general administrative support
  • Support ad‑hoc operational tasks, process improvements, and project initiatives
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, admin, or office support roles
  • Fresh graduates with strong organisational skills are welcome to apply
