Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Operations Executive! Well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenge of delivering on time. Your role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism to complete the task. Fantastic communication skills with an eye for detail is crucial for this role.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage all user queries coming in from various platforms including but not limited to online chats, calls and emails
  • Work closely with the Operations team to manage user expectations
  • Share your insights on the user experience report with the team
  • Contribute to the support team in terms of voucher fulfillment and coordinate with different parties in the fulfillment process – voucher purchase, etc.
