Job Description

The Operations Executive oversees the daily operations of our vacation rental properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high property standards, and enhancing efficiency through effective coordination and process improvements. This role involves managing housekeeping and maintenance teams, handling guest inquiries and feedback, monitoring inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Additionally, the Operations Executive collaborates with various departments to streamline processes, improve service quality, and maximize operational efficiency.

  • Able to converse in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Having knowledge in operations & Property management.
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Inspect properties regularly to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
  • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams for timely servicing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers, to ensure operations are undisrupted.
  • Monitor inventory of essential supplies and amenities.
  • Report and follow up on repairs and maintenance requests.
  • Handle documentation, such as invoices, contracts, and property records.
  • Implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency.
  • Oversee & supervise on housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
