Job summary

A global logistics provider is seeking motivated individuals for a logistics role in Selangor, Malaysia. The successful candidate will manage customer interactions regarding product installations and returns, ensure accurate order entries, and maintain workplace cleanliness. Candidates must have at least an SPM and some experience in logistics or warehousing, with strong customer service skills and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. This role is based in Bukit Raja, Shah Alam, or Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or warehouse management.
• Ability to handle inventory and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Manage hub and deal with customer inquiries regarding products.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and order entry into the system.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with HSE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Managing hub and dealing with customers in regards to installation, exchange of product, return or refund / damaged products
• Key in order into the system and ensure all orders received are tally with the system and order number
• To ensure cleanliness of the work station, compliance to HSE regulations.
• Manage stock - inventory, checking stocks, key in stocks into the system
• Must be willing to work in Bukit Raja, Shah Alam / Petaling Jaya

Requirement

• Minimum SPM with working experience in logistic / warehouse.
• Good customer service skills
• Must be able to work in Bukit Raja
