A leading coffee company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Training Coordinator to lead sessions for new trainees and ensure compliance with SOPs across all locations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in any field, strong communication skills, and proficiency in basic office software. Responsibilities include assessing store performance, maintaining training materials, and supporting new store openings. Lead and conduct training sessions for new trainees, delivering clear and effective coaching on SOPs, product standards, and daily store operations.
Ensure training quality, uphold and enforce SOP compliance across all outlets, and align all operations with brand standards.
Support new store openings, provide on-ground coaching, and assist in performance improvement.
Create, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and assessment tools.
Assess outlet performance against standards and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
Participate in training-related projects, including content-innovation and development of new training materials.
