Job summary

A leading coffee company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Training Coordinator to lead sessions for new trainees and ensure compliance with SOPs across all locations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in any field, strong communication skills, and proficiency in basic office software. Qualifications
  1. Must at least possess a Diploma in any field (relevant industry experience is added advantage);
  2. Possess strong communication skills, good listening skill, enjoy sharing and engaging with others;
  3. Proficient in basic office software such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel;
  4. Fluent in Mandarin, Malay, and English for effective communication and training with franchisees or staff;
  5. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively under pressure;
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude;
  7. Comfortable working in-store and in a fast-paced operational environment;
  8. Possess valid driving license and own transport is an advantage;
  9. Experiences in retail F&B is an added advantage.
  10. Willing to travel within Malaysia.
Responsibilities

Lead and conduct training sessions for new trainees, delivering clear and effective coaching on SOPs, product standards, and daily store operations.

Ensure training quality, uphold and enforce SOP compliance across all outlets, and align all operations with brand standards.

Support new store openings, provide on-ground coaching, and assist in performance improvement.

Create, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and assessment tools.

Assess outlet performance against standards and provide constructive, actionable feedback.

Participate in training-related projects, including content-innovation and development of new training materials.
