A logistics company in Subang Jaya is looking for a training coordinator to develop and update training materials for parcel handling and customer interaction. Responsibilities include leading onboarding sessions, conducting audits to ensure compliance with company protocols, coaching delivery partners, and gathering feedback to improve operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of logistics experience and strong communication skills.
SOP Development: Create and update step-by-step manuals for parcel handling, rider grooming, customer interaction, and cash-on-delivery (COD) reconciliation.
Training & Induction: Lead onboarding sessions for new delivery partners, ensuring they are fully certified in company protocols before their first shift.
Compliance Auditing: Conduct regular "field audits" and hub inspections to ensure SOPs are being followed (e.g., proper use of safety gear, correct scanning procedures).
Performance Coaching: Identify bottom-performing riders through data and provide "refresher training" to improve their delivery success rates.
Exception Management: Develop and train staff on SOPs for "What If" scenarios—such as damaged goods, customer disputes, or failed delivery attempts.
Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from the frontline to simplify complex procedures, making them easier for riders to follow without sacrificing quality.
Operations Management: Oversee daily dispatch operations and ensure all parcels are assigned to drivers/riders for timely delivery.
