Responsibilities

• Support the CEO in overseeing the company's operational processes.
• Lead and manage operations team including inbound shipments and logistics.
• Oversee inventory control, warehouse layout, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company SOPs.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies for cost efficiency.
• Manage and develop warehouse & logistics teams; set KPIs.
• Handle delivery and operations matters related to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations.

Job description

1. Support the CEO in overseeing the company’s end-to-end operational processes to ensure fulfilment targets and business objectives are consistently met.
2. Lead and manage operations team including inbound shipments (imports), customs clearance, freight forwarders, outbound logistics (including local delivery, distribution to customers, last-mile delivery) and ensure timely delivery.
3. Oversee inventory control (including order fulfilment, stock management and inventory forecast), warehouse layout, storage optimization, and stock accuracy.
4. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade documentation, and company SOPs.
5. Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve cost efficiency and service levels.
6. Manage and develop warehouse & logistics teams; set KPIs and performance standards.
7. Handle all delivery and operations matters related to customer inquiries.
8. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) to support seamless daily operations.
9. Perform any ad-hoc tasks or assignments delegated by the CEO or immediate superior.
