Job description

1. Oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

2. Coordinate with planning, QA, warehouse, and maintenance teams to meet customer requirements.

3. Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring high performance and compliance with SOPs and quality standards (IATF 16949).

4. Monitor KPIs (output, downtime, waste, yield, OEE) and implement process improvements.

5. Manage resources: manpower, machines, materials, and molds for optimal production scheduling.

7. Report production performance and support internal/external audits.

8. To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time

9. To perform any other duties as instructed by the Management as and when required
