We are a rapidly expanding bakery brand looking for a Bakery Operations & Sales Manager who will be responsible for overseeing daily bakery operations, ensuring high product quality, efficient production, and outstanding customer service. This role also focuses on driving sales growth through effective marketing strategies, customer relationship management, and business development initiatives.

Operation Manager cum Business Development
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: RM5,000 – RM8,000++ per month
Location: Based at HQ; travel required across Love A Loaf branches

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Manage day-to-day store operations and order flow
• Conduct internal audits (cleanliness, product quality, staff performance)
• Monitor sales performance and control operating costs
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate store leaders and staff
• Provide staff training on SOPs, products, and service standards
• Handle major complaints and emergency situations
• Improve operational efficiency and implement marketing suggestions

Business Development

• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotions
• Develop B2B strategies (corporate sales, wholesale, events)
• Identify and build relationships with business clients
• Prepare proposals and close new accounts
• Lead event and in-store promotion planning

HR & Leadership

• Conduct staff interviews and exit interviews
• Lead team meetings and team-building activities
• Recommend staff rewards, promotions, and improvements
• Uphold company policies and values across all teams

Reporting & Analysis

• Monthly reports: sales, top/bottom products, COGS, P&L
• Store audit and training summaries
• Quarterly staff appraisal reviews

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or above
• Experience: 5–7 years in F&B, retail, or hospitality, including 3+ years in management
• Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
• Tech Proficiency: Microsoft Office, POS, and ERP systems
