Job summary

A logistics solutions provider based in Port Klang is seeking an Operation Executive cum Admin to manage transport operations and coordinate logistics activities. The role involves preparing daily transport arrangements, addressing logistics issues, and operating the TMS system. Candidates should possess a relevant diploma or degree and at least 2 years of experience in the logistics industry. Strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, along with excellent Excel skills, are required. This position is crucial for ensuring efficient logistics operations.

OPERATION EXECUTIVE CUM ADMIN - TRANSPORT DEPT

Prepare daily routes transport arrangement

Loading, transit and delivery time are arrived timely as scheduled

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods

Responsible for transport operations and process improvement for higher efficiency.

Communicating effectively with Drivers, clients and responding to their requirements

Address any issues related to logistics operations, including delays, damages, or discrepancies, and develop corrective actions

Operate and manage TMS system, keeping real-time delivery records updated.

With strong knowledge on Excel, able to prepare & analyze the report according to the deadline

Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess certificate/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or Logistics.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure.
  • Must be proactive and resourceful.
  • Knowledge of TMS will be an advantage.
