Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in operations or administration is preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Malay.

Job description

Coordinate and manage daily operational tasks to ensure business processes run smoothly.

Monitor operational workflows and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Prepare, maintain, and update operational reports, records, and documentation.

Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external parties to support operational requirements.

Assist in planning, executing, and improving operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Handle operational issues and follow up on resolutions in a timely manner.

Assist in cost control, tracking expenses, and preparing operational data for management review.

Ensure accurate data entry and proper filing of operational documents.

Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time

Qualifications and Skills

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

2–3 years of working experience in operations, administration, or a related role (fresh graduates may be considered)

Knowledge of the WHMCS system will be an added advantage.

Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills in both English and Malay.

Confident and optimistic personality with creative vision.

Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.

Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
