Position Title: OPERATION ENGINEER

What you'll be doing

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE & REPORTING Monitor and continuously improve operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)—including productivity, yield, quality, and cost—by analyzing production data and generating detailed performance reports.

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION & SYSTEMS Maintain and refine workflows by creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and control parameters to drive efficiency and implement cost-reduction initiatives.

TEAM LEADERSHIP & PERFORMANCE Manage job expectations and results by conducting performance appraisals, enforcing disciplinary procedures, and coaching Self-Directed Work Teams (SDWT) to achieve company targets.

WORKFLOW & TROUBLESHOOTING Ensure smooth operations by monitoring process steps, facilitating immediate corrections to malfunctions, and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and across departments.

QEHS & ISO COMPLIANCE Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, and fully cooperate in maintaining the Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) Management System.

What we're looking for

At least working with minimum of 2 years working experience.

Bachelor's degree in any Engineering / Science or related field.

Good communication, teamwork and continuous improvement skills in line with KPTec’s values.

Able to lead team to achieve targeted output, yield and other operation indicators.

Added advantage: Knowledge in RBA and ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and ISO 45000.
