Job summary

A prominent pawn shop in Klang City is looking for frontline staff to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assessing and valuing customers' gold jewellery, handling administrative tasks, and undertaking other assigned duties. Candidates should possess at least SPM or equivalent and have a good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided for successful candidates. Must be willing to work at Klang, opposite Klang Bus Station.

Qualifications

• At least SPM or equivalent is required.
• Good command of spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Knowledge of using computer software is a must.

Job Requirements:

• Must have the knowledge on using the computer software.
• Mature, independent, discipline and reliable.
• Fresh graduated SPM and or equivalents are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.
• Candidates must be willing to work at Klang (Opposite Klang Bus Station and Mydin Klang).
