We are seeking an experienced Offshore Technical Services professional to join our team at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT' in Pasir Gudang Johor. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in supporting our oil and gas operations. With your expertise, you will ensure the continuous and efficient functioning of our offshore facilities and equipment.

What you'll be doing

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for offshore equipment and systems
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize asset uptime and reliability
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Analyse data and generate reports to monitor equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and train junior team members to develop their technical capabilities

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar offshore technical services role within the oil and gas industry
• Extensive knowledge of offshore equipment, systems and maintenance best practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
