A leading energy services company located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a skilled professional to coordinate offshore manpower and manage inspection projects. This role involves ensuring compliance with project requirements, timely submission of documentation, and direct client liaison for job arrangements. Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential, alongside proven experience in the oil and gas industry. Candidates familiar with CRM systems will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating offshore manpower in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience liaising with clients for manpower requests on inspection projects.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all project execution stays within the Operations budget.
• Coordinate directly with clients for job arrangements and manpower requests.
• Maintain and update job tracking records.
• Ensure timely submission of inspection reports to clients.
• Manage allocated petty cash and submit accurate claims within an 80% threshold.
