Officer, Store Administration (Contract) - URGENT HIRING
  • Reporting to the Assistant Manager - Store Administration.
  • To assist in preparing and compiling relevant documents for online submission and perform systematic follow-up with Jabatan Veterinar on Pet Food Licenses for all Klang Valley & Outstation stores.
  • To prepare and compile relevant documents for online submission and perform systematic follow-up with MAFI (Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industries) on Padi Beras license for all Klang Valley & Outstation stores.
  • To assist in inputting all license information into the EWS system.
  • Distribution of Licenses to Ops.
  • To bring to the attention of Superior/HOD all matters that may jeopardize the Dept's image and staff.
  • Assist Superior/HOD on matters not stated above as and when the situation arises
Job Requirements
  • SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Admin, Office Management, or equivalent; fresh grads welcome.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and admin/data entry is preferred for license follow-ups.
  • Able to show capability to work independently.
