Job description
About the role

You’ll support end-to-end land matters across our undeveloped land banks—covering SBKS processes, development approvals, land alienation, and compulsory land acquisition—while driving sustainable interim revenue through estate management initiatives.

Job Accountabilities
  • Engage tenants on rental status and ensure land lease payments are settled before due dates.
  • Process revenue accurately and on time in line with AOP approvals.
  • Prepare and submit land-related documentation in accordance with procedures and timelines.
  • Collaborate with Finance to produce timely and accurate financial reports.
  • Monitor undeveloped land to identify encroachment risks; keep sites free from squatters and illegal activities.
  • Assist with enforcement/eviction exercises to strengthen land security.
  • Conduct site surveillance and ensure tenants and oil-palm contractors comply with agreement terms and conditions.
  • Support land matters across the Central Region and Tapah.
Qualifications & Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Land Management, Surveying, Town Planning, Valuation, or Estate Management.
  • 5+ years’ experience with a property developer/development company.
  • Strong stakeholder management, documentation accuracy, and on-ground surveillance discipline.
