Responsibilities:
Manages the admin team, ensuring that Dynamic Language Centre’s core values and standard of excellence are consistently met
Provides introductory and ongoing training and support for the admin team
Leads team meetings efficiently and effectively
Provides expertise and leadership to ensure smooth operational activities
Develops and manages workplace processes with organization and efficiency
Recommends and implements improvements to existing processes and systems
Manages facilities and resource allocation
Manages vendor relationships, including but not limited to cleaning, catering, security, couriers, parking, and government agencies
Ensures compliance with local regulatory bodies which relate to health, safety, and security
Manages the HR operations of recruitment, discipline, grievance, and staff development
Completes performance appraisals and manages employee relations and professional development plans
Ensures that teachers and other employees possess valid teaching permits, visas, and work permits, as applicable
Ensures legal compliance with local legislation in relation to all staff
Attends regular professional development and other meetings as required
Breaks down projects into specific tasks, plans and controls the time allocated to each task, and completes the project before the due date
Develops strategies to grow the company’s numbers and improve our services
Responds to all staff and customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Evaluates data and provides feedback to teachers, in order to best meet our customers’ needs
Provides regular reports to the company’s Director
Has a hard-working, flexible approach to new opportunities, tasks, and challenges
Performs any other duties or projects in support of the company’s operations
Dresses modestly and professionally
Maintains the standard of conduct reflective of Dynamic Language Centre
Works 5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays

It is managed by a private limited company that is joint Malaysian-American, and registered in 1999 with the Registrar of Companies, Malaysia (No. 480440-V). Language courses in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Spanish and Thai were approved by the Ministry of Education, Malaysia (P11D-731) on 28 February, 2000. Dynamic Kids began in 2012.
Since then we have delivered courses to thousands of students who have studied at our language centre.
