Job description

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the OEM business in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Identify market opportunities and establish partnerships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with R&D and formulation teams to create products that meet client specifications.
  • Ensure all products adhere to regulatory and quality standards, including GMP, ISO, and FDA guidelines.
  • Manage the lifecycle of OEM projects, from concept development to final delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to manage expectations and deliverables.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on project status.
  • Ensure all products are manufactured in compliance with local and international regulations, including safety and efficacy standards.
  • Monitor production efficiency and implement improvements to optimize cost and output.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Maintain accurate records of client contracts, production schedules, and sales data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
