A leading manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking an Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate must possess a diploma or degree in Occupational Safety & Health, hold a DOSH Green Book, and have 1-2 years of relevant experience. Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
For SHO: Must be a registered Safety & Health Officer with DOSH (Green Book holder).
At least 1-2 years of working experience in manufacturing / construction / building materials industry (fire-rated door or related industry preferred).
Familiarity with fire safety standards, BOMBA requirements, and certification processes in Malaysia.
Knowledge in HIRARC, HIRADC, emergency response planning, and safety documentation.
Proficient in MS Office and safety reporting tools.
Strong communication and leadership skills to train and guide factory/installation workers.
Able to work independently, travel to sites, and liaise with authorities when required.

Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA), Factories and Machinery Act 1967 (FMA), and other relevant DOSH regulations in daily operations.
Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety, health, and environmental policies tailored to fire-rated door manufacturing and installation activities.
Conduct risk assessments, HIRARC, and HIRADC related to fire door production, handling, and on-site installation.
Organize fire safety drills, training, and toolbox talks for employees.
Investigate accidents, near-miss cases, and propose corrective/preventive measures.
Maintain records of safety audits, permits, PPE issuance, and statutory compliance reports.
