Job summary

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 related and familiar with QC tools (SPC, 8D, FMEA, MSA) and GD & T
• Minimum 3 years working experience in QA Department
• Able to read technical drawing
• Manage nonconformances and MRB (Material Review Board) control
• Handle FAI Report Qualification for any new supplier, part, tooling change, or transfer
• Oversee customer quality management
• Ensure proper containment to prevent the outflow of defective parts to customers
• Manage RMA and coordinate sample submissions to customers
• Perform in-process quality control and NCA follow-up to prevent recurrence
• Lead 8D meetings and follow up on corrective action effectiveness
• Collaborate with Operations & Engineering teams for continuous improvement
• Work with suppliers on NPI part improvements, drawing changes, measurement methods, and other issues related to NPI raw parts
