The Service Desk Engineer is the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance and/or support for any IT related issues or requests via telephone or email. He/she serves as a member of the Service Desk team by assigning the right IT group to provide technical support to the client. He/she is a member of the Managed Services Business Unit (MSBU) and will report to the Service Desk Team Lead.
