Responsibilities

• Assess people\'s nutritional needs, based on their age, body mass index (BMI), medical conditions and nutritional goals.
• Promote healthy eating habits and suggest diet modifications.
• Provide nutritional consultation & handling customer\'s inquiries/complaints.
• Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs & care for them. Provide excellent customer care & product/detox program knowledge assistance.
• Work closely with team members to provide translation support and handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Maintain work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments; participate with and provide resources to sales teams.
• Keep own nutritional knowledge up to date and ensure the company direction aligns with the latest market trends.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• Nutritionist - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidate will experience in retail will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to work on retail hours.
• A proactive, independent, solution and target oriented approach & attitude.
• Communicate well within peers and superiors.
• A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
