JOB SCOPE

• Provide Nutritional consultant and product recommendations to customers
• Provide nutritional advices and promoting awareness on healthy diet and lifestyle to the public via producing newsletters and/or health
• Plan, monitor and achieve monthly personal sales target
• Acquire and get updated on product knowledge and market trend in retail establishment
• Maintaining good customer relationship able to respond efficiently to customer
• Nutritional training & briefing to the team
• Provide technical support, guidance and feedback to front liners who handle customer enquiries
• Assist in company activities, eg: roadshows, exhibitions, expo
• Helps to maintain optimal stock levels for all supplements
• Any other task as and when assigned by the superior or any other ad-hoc assignment when required
