You Are

You Will
  • Ensure the reception and care of a group of children aged 4 months to under 4 years.
  • Adapt your behavior to meet various needs in a social and educational approach.
  • Propose activities adapted to the children's age to stimulate their development.
  • Inform parents of key moments in their child's day during daily pick‑up.
  • Establish emotional security bonds, reassure children at different important moments.
  • Follow Club standards, Baby Petit Club safety and hygiene instructions, as well as legal frameworks.
  • Attend to each child's specific needs (allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements, comfort items).
  • Ensure the quality and safety of the structure by maintaining equipment in good condition.
  • Ensure the setup and renewal of first aid kits.
  • Respond to children's medical needs following parental instructions.
  • Provide expertise in the enrollment of children requiring special attention.
  • Ensure children's safety in emergencies by analyzing and improving procedures.
  • Contribute to organizing the space to ensure a safe and conducive environment for children's well‑being.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of children, food, laundry, and premises.
  • Contribute to coordinating activities for smooth service.
  • Ensure compliance with protocols in collaboration with managers. Alert in case of non‑compliance.
  • Follow storage and use rules for protective equipment.
