Job summary

A leading technology company in Malaysia seeks a candidate responsible for new product introduction from R&D to production release. The role involves program management, production scheduling, and Continuous Improvement Programs. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Science, Engineering, or Manufacturing, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in project management. Strong leadership, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are essential. Good command of Mandarin is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years related experience in program or project management.
• Strong ability to identify organizational needs and manage projects.
• Experience in Program Management or Project Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new product introduction from R&D to Production Release Stage.
• Engage with the factory to drive Continuous Improvement Programs.
• Coordinate weekly reviews and Phase Reviews to achieve goals.
