Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' working experience preferably in manufacturing or medical industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and GMP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end new product introduction (NPI) process to ensure timely launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products.
• Identify and address potential risks during the product development phase.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all NPI projects and related activities.
