Qualifications

• 5+ years in NOC operations, with ≥2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise NOC operations during assigned shifts.
• Manage incident escalation and coordinate with clients and technical teams.
• Ensure 24/7 uptime of IT infrastructure.
• Produce shift reports, logs, and performance analytics.
• Plan and lead shifts, supervise NOC engineers.
