Job summary
A leading technology company in Kulim, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced NPI Project Leader to manage New Product Introduction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, developing process flows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to mass production.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, Process, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain) to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and validate process flows, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures for new products.
- Support PCB and Injection Molding NPI activities, ensuring manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and quality compliance.

- Manage engineering documentation, including BOMs, drawings, and specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and process validation.
