  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, Process, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain) to ensure successful project execution.

  • Support Injection Molding NPI activities, ensuring manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and quality compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and yield.
  • Manage engineering documentation, including BOMs, drawings, and specifications.
